Product Quality and Safety
Vendors must ensure:
- Product quality and safety
- Timely fulfilment
- Compliance with consumer protection laws
Any defect or non-conformity must be disclosed promptly.
8. Shariah Monitoring, Audit & Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to:
- Conduct Shariah compliance reviews
- Request supporting documentation
- Engage Shariah auditors or advisors
Non-compliance may result in:
- Product delisting
- Account suspension or termination
- Reporting to relevant authorities, where required
9. Dispute Resolution (Sulh & Arbitration)
In the event of disputes:
- Parties shall first attempt amicable settlement (Sulh)
- Failing which, disputes may be referred to:
- Shariah-based mediation or arbitration in Malaysia; or
- Malaysian courts of competent jurisdiction
10. Termination for Shariah Breach
The Platform may terminate Vendor access immediately if:
- Haram products are listed
- Misrepresentation is proven
- Repeated Shariah violations occur
Termination shall not affect accrued rights or liabilities.
11. Indemnity & Liability
The Vendor agrees to indemnify the Company against:
- Shariah non-compliance claims
- Halal certification disputes
- Regulatory penalties and reputational damage
12. Amendments & Shariah Governance
These Terms may be updated to reflect:
- New JAKIM guidelines
- Fatwas from recognised Malaysian authorities
- Regulatory developments
Where applicable, the Platform shall maintain a Shariah Advisory Committee to oversee compliance.
13. Governing Principles & Law
These Terms shall be governed by:
- Islamic commercial law as the primary guiding framework; and
- Malaysian law, subject to Shariah compliance

By using the Platform, the Vendor confirms their commitment to:
- Ethical trade
- Halal integrity
- Transparency; and
- Islamic values in all business dealings
